You will be given two case studies from two real companies that will allow you to test your knowledge learnt during the master’s course.

The challenge is developing in the Procurement Excellence area with the principal target to review and improve the procedures and standards in the Supplier Lifecycle Management, in particular in the Risk Monitoring and Audit Management.
Previous years’ experiences The Practical Challenge: Bialetti, a point of reference in the market of coffee-making products, is a brand of the Bialetti Industrie S.p.A Group, whichworks in the production and marketing of Houseware products. The challenge consists of an analysis of the current logistic service and evaluation of potential different services based on market opportunities.
